DynexisAI may collect account details, email addresses, waitlist or contact form messages, saved project content, generated documents, usage records, and subscription status.

How information is used

We use information to provide the product, save user work, process subscriptions, improve core AI workflows, respond to support requests, and protect the service from abuse.

Service providers

DynexisAI uses providers such as Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, Supabase or PostgreSQL for data storage, Resend for email, OpenAI for AI processing, and Vercel for hosting.

AI prompts and outputs

Prompts, uploaded text, and generated outputs may be processed by AI providers to produce responses. Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legal information.

Payments

Payment details are processed by Stripe. DynexisAI does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
